I have never felt more comfortable in a medical setting! Dr. Alex treats you with the utmost respect and and is an intentional listener. I went to her with a myriad of chronic pain issues and we got to chat about them in depth before starting on some myofascial release. She is not afraid to really get in there! I also got cupped for the first time in my life and it was such a relieving experience. I felt like we were on the same page the whole time which really added to the whole experience. Couldn't recommend her enough! Plus her office has great natural lighting.

A lot of people are hesitant to get neck adjustments, and after being in a car accident myself that resulted in a cervical fracture I was too! After years of chronic neck and upper back pain, I can easily say Dr. Alex is one of the only people I trust with my neck! She listened so well to my concerns, and her treatment was gentle yet effective. I’d recommend her to anyone!

Alex does amazing work. She takes time to access what is going on with my body and uses massage, cupping and adjustments. I work on a computer all day and been working out hard after work. I have been experiencing alot of different pain and she has helped me through it and continues to. Highly recommend!

Dr. Alex is AMAZING!! She was very patient with all my questions, and is clearly a master of her discipline. I had some really satisfying adjustments (she listens to the body, and doesn’t force), and tried cupping for the first time! I have a lot of tightness and discomfort in my low back. The cupping helped immediately!! It’s a weird sensation at first, but not bad, and the results were well worth it. I’m curious to see how long the relief lasts, and looking forward to another session! Thank you Dr. Alex!!
